Electronic Signatures
Do you need your customer to sign a document, but he doesn't have a Digital Certificate?
Simple. Use PortalFlex® Electronic Signatures and still ensure that they are automatically recognized as authentic in Adobe Reader with the green bar.
Upon signing a document, your customer will receive a validation PIN token on cell phone (SMS). He will be able to sign in the same way as if he were using a Digital Certificate.
Geolocation data, connection IP, document hash, audit trail, Time Stamp and LTV (Long Term Validation) will be present in the Electronic Signature as well as the use of Digital Certificates in the background, ensuring the authenticity, integrity and legal validity of the document.
Digital Signatures
Sign documents using Digital Certificates enjoying a unique and straight forward in your browser. PortalFlex® accepts certificates from Certification Authorities around the world where we are subject to strict international certification and homologation controls.
The digital signature will also include the audit trail, geolocation data, Connection IP, document hash, Time Stamp and LTV (Long Term Validation - allows the validation of a signature even after your certificate expires).
Automated Signature Collection
Do you need to collect the signature of several people at the same time?
With PortalFlex® you can automate this task by creating specific collections, informing the subscription order, deadlines, delay notifications, automatic download and more. You can also combine both the use of Electronic and Digital Signatures on the same document.
In addition, PortalFlex Signature Collections were also developed in diagrams with BPM 2.0 notation allowing to build advanced process flows involving procedures between departments, documents, approvals and subscriptions, all in one place.
